October 6-7, 2018      Cynthia Pardoe

Lecture:  Pathways to Treasure

Cynthia will be sharing her unique, creative, and artistic journey as an enamel artist. Firing vitreous glass onto metal creates elegant pieces of jewelry & art. Different techniques leave jewel like qualities on the surfaces of enameled pieces. Fusing layers of fine metal silver, or glass strips onto the enamel work creates dimension, and illumination, an originality of her work, inspired from her background as a fiber artist.
