has a crafts center that teaches courses. I talked with a silversmith that
teaches there. If you go here

Instructors, you will learn that you can call Jan at (530) 752-3096 to inquire
about instructor openings. You might want to look at the website and see
where your course might fit in. I was told if you call and sell them on your
idea for a course, it is open to instructors from outside the university
community. And I didn't see a lot of wearable art classes. If you are
looking for business, look into this venue.
